Under the Patronage of His Excellency Nader Dahabi the Prime Minister of Jordan, Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal Group and the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology in Jordan, in partnership with International Telecommunication Union (ITU) , and with the support of Union of Arab ICT Association and Arab Regional ISPs & DSPs Association, organized the Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal ICT Forum, which had been held at Le Royal Hotel in Amman, Jordan on June 5 -6, 2008.
ITU Secretary General, Dr. Hamadoun Touré, Industry leaders, representatives of government and regulatory agencies, suppliers, and independent experts participated at the Forum to discuss new ICT trends and challenges, as well as numerous other issues affecting the industry.
